The March NWCLA members' meeting wil host Matthew R. Post of New England Loss Consultants. Matt has put together a program for March, called "Planning For Disaster". He will be speaking about how the claims process works and what your responsibilities are, and what the insurance companies are. Attendees will be given a check list of what they should do in case of a disaster such as fire, flood, broken pipes, hurricanes, etc. – and how to be best prepared. Matt will also be bringing along Sarah LaFleur Friedman of Service Master Clean by Gilmore to discuss emergency response and disaster restoration.

National Tenant Network
Back by popular demand we have Mary Ann Cantu from the Boston Chapter of the National Tenant Network. We have been fielding a lot of questions lately about tenant screening and thought it would be a perfect follow up from Worcester Housing Court in May to discuss the topic of tenant screening in our open forum. Come down to the meeting for a presentation from Mary Ann Cantu and bring your best questions on tenant screening.

This is our Annual Toy and Pantry Drive where every year we make a food donation to a local food pantry and we also fund a Toy Drive to donate to one of our local charities. Tons of raffles, lot's of great food, and PLENTY of holiday cheer. For extra raffle tickets, bring non-perishable foods for the pantries, and an unwrapped gift for a boy or girl.
