January 9, 2014

In January we will be kicking off the new year with a "Lease Night Presentation" where we will be discussing the clauses that should be on every Massachusetts rental agreement.

Brian Lucier of Belaire Property Management will be reviewing the lease he uses in his company and the must have clauses you need to protect yourself as a Massachusetts Landlord.

Bring plenty of paper to take notes and bring a copy of your lease too. We will have an open forum during the meeting where our landlord members will share which are their favorite clauses to have in their rental agreements.

LANDLORD SHARK TANK

If you have ever watched the TV show "Shark Tank", then you know there is a panel of multi-billionaire invesotrs who listen to ideas from would-be entrepeneurs who pitch their ideas to the sharks to see if they bite and take on a sponsorship role in that business

Well, we are putting a little spin on what you see on TV. Instead of the entrepeneurs pitching to the investors, we have thrown the NWCLA Board of Directors into the Shak Tank where our members can ask questions in an open forum and take a bite out of them.

Absolutely going to be a great time and a lot of fun in this Q & A open forum. See you there. Bring your toughest questions for our sharks.
