Fire Code Updates for Multi-Family Buildings with special guest speaker Phil Jordan of the Fitchburg Fire Department

This coming Thursday is our first NWCLA Membership Meeting of the new year that you absolutely do not want to miss! With the new year, brings new fire code and safety regulations which will affect all of our rental properties and multi-unit dwellings.

Some of the topics we know about are the new 10-Year battery sealed smoke detectors. Another topic is fall safety/fire code window release gates. Come down for a night of information and education to keep you out of the hot seat.

Please join us at the Northern Worcester County Landlord Associations May 11th, 2017 membership meeting where we will be hosting representatives from Worcester Housing Court in an open discussion forum.

Please email your questions in advance to info@belaire.co with "Housing Court Questions" as your subject line where Brian Lucier, NWCLA President, will be your moderator for the evening.

This is our Annual Toy and Pantry Drive where every year we make a food donation to a local food pantry and we also fund a Toy Drive to donate to one of our local charities. Tons of raffles, lot's of great food, and PLENTY of holiday cheer. For extra raffle tickets, bring non-perishable foods for the pantries, and an unwrapped gift for a boy or girl.

Service, Companion & Emotional Support Animals

Come out and join us the second Thursday of the month May 5/9/2019

The Massachusetts Commission Again Discrimination (MCAD) will be presenting on the differences between service, companion and emotional support animals. Learn the legal rights of tenants and the crucial information to help us ensure they are not being discriminated against; intentionally or not.

Early bird tickets are $15 and available until 12pm, 7 days prior to the event. Tickets are $20 at the door. Become a member and the annual dues pay for all 10 meetings a year!
